New General Manager and Regional Vice President of Sales Join Team

CLEVELAND—TMW Systems, Inc. (www.tmwsystems.com), the largest developer and integrator of transportation management software for the trucking industry, today announced the appointment of both Scott Vanselous to Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Durham, North Carolina-based Equipment and Fleet Maintenance Support & Development Group (formerly TMT Software) and Craig Cullinan to Eastern Regional Vice President, Sales. The addition of these two seasoned transportation executives will help TMW advance its lead as the supplier of choice for growing for-hire carriers and the company is now poised for continued market expansion in 2008. Over the past year, TMW acquired both TMT Software and Integrated Decision Support Company (IDSC – www.idscnet.com) to increase its offerings and realized exponential growth, surpassing the 1,600 customer mark.

Vanselous joins TMW from Oracle where he led the travel and transportation industry business unit. Prior to that, he spent three years with DHL - first as Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Alliances, and then as VP of Americas Global Supply Chain Outsourcing. With a record for ground-breaking strategies and outstanding success in managing new products and company growth, Vanselous will build upon the strong customer base and maintenance software offerings (TMT Transman – www.tmtsoftware.com) acquired from TMT Software earlier this year.

“Scott brings more than 20 years of industry experience and holds an established track record as a strategist and innovator in transportation, supply chain management and logistics,” said David W. Wangler, President and CEO of TMW Systems, adding, “Our team will benefit from his dynamic and results-oriented approach.” Vanselous succeeds Rick Rosenberg, general manager and former owner of TMT Software, a respected provider of fleet maintenance software. TMW acquired TMT last May.

Cullinan also brings decades of invaluable transportation software experience and will lead TMW’s sales efforts around ERP, business intelligence, optimization and fleet maintenance software in the company’s eastern region. He joins TMW from Menlo Worldwide, a leading third-party logistics provider. At Menlo Cullinan served as Global Director, Business Development. Prior to that, Cullinan was VP, Sales and Marketing for Distribution Technologies (DistTech) a bulk commodities carrier and VP Sales and Marketing for transportation management software provider ShipLogix and VP, Retail, Consumer Products Services and Dedicated Services for Roadway Logistics, Inc, Caliber Logistics and FedEx Supply Chain Services. He will be based in Cleveland, Ohio.
